Multiplayer PvP
Survius is a multiplayer survival game, which means that besides the zombies, dehydration, starvation, infection and sickness, you also have to look out for other players that want the items you gathered. So either find a weapon or avoid the villages.
PvE
If you choose not to loot for food and drinks in the villages, you can also pick the life of a hunter. Pitch your tent, build a campfire, hunt for wildlife, cook your meat and water, etc. You pick your playstyle.
